Historical working draft
System · October Working Draft.

Creation of Self TO ONE AS ONE
03 · THE SYSTEM
From principle to practice
An idea should be judged by what it changes in people’s lives, what it costs, and what we learn when it fails.
Ideas must meet reality
These three initiatives are concepts under study. Before one becomes a public proposal, it needs a clear problem, evidence, legal authority, cost, consent, outcome, and reason to stop or revise.
Working method: Listen → Design → Test → Measure → Revise.
Three concepts. One standard of proof.
01 · Know Thyself Index
Status: concept under study. A proposed way to examine quality of life and personal agency. Its measures, limits, and privacy safeguards still need definition.
• Whose lives and which problem would it describe?
• Which indicators are valid, and what do they miss?
• How will it avoid ranking a person’s worth or becoming a diagnosis?
• What public outcome would make it useful?
02 · Creation of Self Curriculum
Status: concept under study. A learning concept that needs a clear audience, evidence base, and voluntary local role before it can become policy.
• What skill would learners gain, and how would we know?
• Who chooses content and protects freedom of conscience?
• Which decisions belong to states, schools, and families?
• What would a small, independently evaluated pilot cost?
03 · Human Flourishing Labs
Status: concept under study. A potential place to test solutions with willing partners, measured outcomes, and public accountability.
• Which local problem and willing partner should come first?
• What is the budget, consent process, and comparison?
• Who audits the results and hears criticism?
• When would the pilot stop or scale?
Develop one proposal well
The first proposal should name a problem, the people affected, an authority, a cost range, a measurable result, and the strongest objection. Its status should be dated and visible.
Which concept goes first?
To develop together: Choose one with a clear public need and a realistic way to test it without asking people to trust an unproved claim.
